Don’t be a sheep!

This is a great video by David Heinemeier Hansson at Startup School 2008.

It’s a great example of how a company is successful not by making what everyone else is doing, not by being on the next wave of technology, not by building the next YouTube, but by focusing on solving problems and creating a business based on that.
