Thomas Madsen-Mygdal used it in his latest presentation called Welcome Back on the Town Square. It’s a great presentation on how marketing is evolving and the new transparent customer/company relationship.

Absolutely true.
You need to know excatly what your customer want in order to give it to him.
And sometimes the cAustome don’t even know it himself! So you have to guide your customer for at better mutual understanding. I have been writing a lot about this issue on the danish website: http://www.EffektivMarkedsfoering.dk
